This Fuji Hibachi Express is a great find in Tampa City. The team offers excellent service, making guests feel welcome and well-taken care of. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, suitable for groups, families, and even solo diners. Guests appreciate the variety of offerings, including vegetarian options, small plates, quick bites, healthy choices, and comfort food. The restaurant also has a separate menu for lunch and dinner, with generous portions and competitive pricing. While the food quality is generally great, some guests have reported inconsistencies, such as overcooked or underseasoned dishes. Nevertheless, the team's attention to customer feedback and prompt response to complaints are noteworthy.A notable mention is the restaurant's commitment to inclusivity, being LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to all. The parking options are also convenient, with free street parking, a parking lot, and wheelchair accessibility. However, one guest encountered an unpleasant experience with a hair found in their food, which was promptly addressed by the management. To ensure the highest quality, guests should keep an eye on their orders and communicate any concerns with the staff.Overall, Fuji Hibachi Express is a great option for those seeking delicious Japanese food in a friendly atmosphere, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and inclusivity.
