The reviewed location, FTCI AUTOS, is a used car dealership in Kissimmee. It offers a wide variety of vehicles, including models from popular brands like Volkswagen, Toyota, and Honda. The location appears to be wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for customers with mobility issues. The hours of operation are somewhat limited, with no Saturday hours, but it's open on weekdays and Sundays. The prices of the vehicles seem to be competitive, with some reviewers mentioning that they got good deals on their purchases. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, with some reviewers mentioning that they were treated with respect and given good service. However, there are also some concerns about the quality of the vehicles, with a few reviewers mentioning that their cars had issues after purchase. The only major issue that seems to be a recurring problem is the quality of the vehicles. Several reviewers have mentioned that their cars had problems after purchase, and one reviewer even mentioned that they had to take their car back multiple times for repairs. This suggests that FTCI AUTOS may need to improve its vehicle inspection and quality control processes to ensure that customers are getting reliable vehicles.Overall, FTCI AUTOS seems to be a decent used car dealership with some strengths and weaknesses. While the staff is friendly and the prices are competitive, the quality of the vehicles is a major concern. Customers should be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from this location and make sure to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before making a purchase.
