I had a good experience with Friendly Pool Services, but I have to mention one issue that bothered me - some employees are not very professional in their interactions with customers. I had a very positive experience with one of the pool guys, who was reliable, affordable, and always on time. However, I also had a bad experience with another employee who was very rude and unprofessional.The pool is well-maintained and clean, but I didn't find it to be anything special. The staff is friendly and helpful, but again, some of them could improve on their customer service skills.The prices are very competitive, which is one of the reasons I chose this service. They are very affordable and offer good value for the money.Friendly Pool Services has a website that provides information on their services and how to get in touch with them. They also have a social media presence, but I didn't find it to be very active or engaging.Overall, I would recommend Friendly Pool Services to others, but with the caveat that you may encounter some unprofessional staff members. With a bit more training on customer service, they could take their business to the next level.
