I visited FRG Technology Consulting located in Building 501, E Kennedy Blvd Boulevard, Unit 1600, Tampa City. As a recruiter of choice for marketing automation and emerging technologies, they indeed have a strong presence. Their website is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find job openings. The consultants I interacted with, such as Madison and Ryan Harris, were very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. They showed genuine interest in understanding my requirements and skills, and their follow-up communication was regular and helpful. The accessibility features at the office, including a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, are commendable. However, I did notice that the office hours could be more accommodating for clients with varying schedules, with some days closing earlier than others. The company culture seems to be collaborative and friendly, with clients appreciating the efforts made by consultants like Mackenzie Pearson to match them with suitable job openings. Despite some minor drawbacks, FRG Technology Consulting appears to be a reliable and skilled recruitment agency. One area for improvement could be expanding their working hours to better suit clients' needs.
