I visited Freeway Insurance in Dunedin and had a good experience. The office is located in a convenient area with on-site parking and free street parking available. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the insurance agents are knowledgeable and helpful. Lori, in particular, stood out for her exceptional customer service and ability to find affordable insurance quotes. She was patient and took the time to explain the different options and answer all my questions. The process was smooth and efficient, and I was able to get my insurance policy quickly.However, I did have to wait on hold for a while to speak with an agent, and the phone system could be improved. Additionally, I was initially misdirected to a different office, which caused some inconvenience.Overall, I would recommend Freeway Insurance in Dunedin to others. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the insurance agents are knowledgeable and experienced. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the phone system and customer communication.
