This business location offers services in construction and development, including fence installation. The address is Building 6734, Osteen Rd Road, New Port Richey City, and the phone number is +17279405248. They are associated with Francis International Fencing. The working hours are from 8 am to 3 pm on Mondays to Wednesdays, from 8 am to 3 pm on Thursdays, and from 8 am to 12 pm on Fridays. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The overall rating from third-party ratings is 3.0. Some clients have reported issues with the quality of the work. One client had to call multiple times and leave messages because a section of the fence installed had fallen apart twice, and the customer service was poor. Another client had some issues with the initial installation, but the owner came out and fixed most of the issues. However, this was after some discussion, and the client had to negotiate. It's worth noting that wood fences may crack, bow, split, and shrink in the Florida sun, and they require maintenance regardless of the condition. This information is mentioned in the contract. The business has a strong focus on pricing, with some clients reporting that the work was of good quality and the prices were reasonable. However, more information is needed to determine the overall pricing score. Overall, this business location has some strengths, but also some weaknesses, particularly with regards to quality and customer service. It's essential to be aware of the potential issues with wood fences in the Florida climate and to maintain them properly.
