Fortress Roofing Inc is a reputable roofing company with a wide range of services, including roof replacement and repair, metal roofing, shingle roofing, flat roofs, commercial and residential roofing, and roof coatings. They have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, and offer onsite services. The company has received positive reviews from clients, with many praising their professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable pricing. Some clients have also mentioned that the company's team, including Mike, Robert, Carl, and Celestina, are knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous.
However, there are a few instances where clients have reported negative experiences, including a lack of responsiveness from the company's owner, Mike, and a misunderstanding about the scope of work. One client reported that Mike yelled at them over the phone and was unprofessional, while another client reported that the company's crew damaged their plants and failed to properly clean up the debris.
Despite these negative reviews, the overall rating for Fortress Roofing Inc is 4.2, indicating a generally positive experience for most clients. The company's quality of work, pricing, and innovativeness have been praised by many clients, and they have a reputation for being responsive and courteous. However, it's worth noting that the company's responsiveness and professionalism have been questioned by a few clients.
