This business location is a construction company that specializes in roof repair and roofing services. They have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. Onsite services are available, and they work with a co-brand, Forrest and Sons Roofing - Roofer Contractor & Roof Company. The working hours are quite flexible, with extended hours on weekdays and weekends. The staff is professional, polite, and dependable, with great communication skills. They take the time to explain the work and show customers the progress. The quality of their work is impressive, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Prices are competitive, and customers appreciate the prompt service. Some customers have reported a great job on their roofs, with on-time completion and high-quality workmanship. The company's professionalism and trustworthiness are evident in the way they handle customer concerns and expectations. However, there is one issue that has been reported by a customer, who claimed that the company failed to show up for a committed job and did not return calls or emails. This incident is unfortunate and might affect the overall trust in the company. However, the positive reviews and ratings suggest that this may be an isolated incident, and the company is generally reliable and professional.Overall, Forrest and Sons Roofing is a trustworthy and reliable construction company that provides quality roof repair and roofing services. While there is room for improvement, the company's strengths outweigh its weaknesses, and customers can expect a positive experience.
