This business has a pleasant atmosphere that makes clients feel comfortable and relaxed. The decor of the historic bungalow house is elegant and well-maintained, and the salon is wheelchair accessible, which is a great plus. The staff is friendly and professional, and they offer a wide range of services, including haircuts, nail care, and beauty treatments. The amenities include a restroom, beverages, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. However, there have been some issues with punctuality and communication, with some clients reporting that stylists didn't show up for appointments or were not clear about their availability. One client had a bad experience with a stylist who gave them a poorly done haircut and didn't listen to their requests. Another client was not happy with the way their eyebrows were shaped, saying that the owner was not detailed and neat with her work. Overall, the business has a high rating and many happy clients, but there are some areas for improvement, such as ensuring that stylists are available and communicative, and providing better training for staff to avoid mistakes.
