This community has some drawbacks that need attention. The heated pool is a major issue, as it's often left freezing, which can be uncomfortable for residents. The HOA fees include cryotherapy sessions, which are misleadingly advertised as a heated pool. This has led to a number of complaints from residents, particularly those with joint pain issues. The HOA has also been accused of lying to residents about the warmer pool temperatures causing rashes, which is simply not true. On a positive note, the community has some affordable options for residents, and there are some kind and caring residents who participate in community activities. However, the pool situation has been a major source of frustration for many residents.
