I had a very good experience at Veterans Ford in Tampa. The staff was friendly and professional. They took care of my car's oil change and checked everything on the car, giving me an update on things to keep an eye on. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the team members I worked with. They were quick and never tried to pull one over on me. However, there were some concerns with the quality of service, as some customers reported issues with their vehicles being fixed incorrectly. For example, one customer had a complaint about the mechanic not having time to fix their issues, and another customer was not given a replaced air filter with their oil change. Despite these issues, Veterans Ford has a strong reputation for customer service and knowledgeable staff. The working hours are convenient, and the location is wheelchair accessible. The business is affiliated with Ford Oil Change, which adds to its credibility. Overall, I would recommend Veterans Ford for your car's maintenance needs, but make sure to double-check your work to ensure everything is done correctly.
