FORCE Customs is a well-established automotive dealership in Tampa, Florida, known for their custom vehicles, excellent customer service, and fair pricing. The business has a wide range of products and services, including car sales, car parts, automotive and boat services, used cars, used trucks, and motor vehicle dealerships. They also offer financing options and have a team of knowledgeable and friendly staff, including April Champ and Kevin Champ. The business is highly rated, with a 4.5-star rating from third-party ratings. Many customers have praised the business for its exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. They have also been commended for their ability to create custom vehicles that meet their clients' needs and exceed their expectations. However, there have been some issues with customers feeling pressured or misled by sales staff. In one instance, a customer felt that the sales staff tried to sell them a car they weren't interested in, and in another case, a customer felt that the business tried to sell them an expensive repair that wasn't necessary. Overall, FORCE Customs is a reputable business with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential for pressure sales and to communicate clearly with the sales staff to ensure that you get the best deal. The business has a wide range of features, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, debit card and credit card payments, and used goods and repair services. They also have a co-brand, FORCE Customs, Inc., and a website with a comprehensive list of products and services. FORCE Customs is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. They are closed on Sundays.
