I am impressed with this credit union's commitment to providing excellent customer service. The staff, particularly Alicia, Tanya, and Samantha, are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They take the time to answer all my questions and explain the products and services in detail. The loan process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the fact that they were able to meet my needs and provide the best rate available. I was also impressed with the credit union's willingness to go above and beyond to help me with any issues that arose. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the parking is convenient. However, there is one area for improvement: the customer service on the phone can be slow and sometimes unhelpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with this credit union and would highly recommend it to others.
