This location appears to be a reliable and well-established financial institution. The high overall score suggests that customers have a positive experience with the business. Quality of service is also a strength, with most customers praising the professionalism and helpfulness of staff, particularly Alicia and other loan representatives. Pricing is another area of strength, with some customers mentioning competitive interest rates and flexible loan options.
However, one customer had a negative experience and expressed frustration with the credit union's rewards program and customer service. It is unclear if the credit union has taken steps to address these issues.
In terms of innovativeness, it is unclear if this credit union is pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the financial industry. However, the fact that customers are praising the ease and efficiency of the loan application process suggests that the credit union is using technology to streamline its operations and make it easier for customers to do business with them.
Overall, this location appears to be a solid choice for customers looking for a reliable and customer-focused financial institution. However, potential customers may want to investigate the credit union's rewards program and customer service further before making a decision.
