The location is well-represented as a Tampa primary care walk-in clinic with multiple services, including chiropractor, acupuncture, physical therapy, and massage therapy. The staff is described as professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Patients appreciate the quick service, efficient and helpful medical assistants, and thorough physicians.
One issue is present - paperwork requirements are not well-communicated to patients. This might lead to a bad first impression and confusion for those who visit the clinic.
Most reviewers were highly satisfied with their experiences, praising the quality of care, the caring nature of the staff, and the efficiency of the service. One reviewer was dissatisfied due to a negative experience with paperwork, highlighting the importance of clear communication with patients.
The location appears to have made efforts to resolve previous issues, such as having medical assistants answer phone calls promptly. The staff is described as caring, and patients feel at ease when visiting the clinic. While there is one negative review, it is clear that this is not representative of the overall experience at the location. Overall, this Tampa primary care walk-in clinic seems to be a good option for those seeking quality healthcare services.
