The location seems to have a lot of issues. While they have a good location and hours, their services are not up to par. Most of the reviews mention long wait times, poor communication, and unprofessional staff. One reviewer had a particularly bad experience with Dr. Heidenberg, who was condescending and mean. Another reviewer was left waiting for over an hour despite arriving early for their appointment. The lack of accountability and professionalism is a major concern. On the other hand, there are some positive reviews, such as the one from Dan M. who had a great experience with Dr. Heidenberg. However, these positive reviews are far outnumbered by the negative ones. Overall, it seems that the location needs to improve its services and staff training to provide a better experience for its patients. There is one highlighted issue that stands out - the lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff.
