I visited Florida Lakes Vein Center, and the experience was excellent in some aspects, but not perfect. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable during my visit. They explained the procedures clearly and answered all my questions. The facilities were clean and up-to-date.
The positive aspects of my experience were the friendly staff, professional and knowledgeable, clean and modern facilities, and clear explanations of procedures.
However, there was one issue - very rude receptionist, which made my experience not perfect. This should not be the standard of care and professionalism that they strive for.
I would highly recommend this place for vein treatments, but I hope they will work on improving their customer service. The doctors and staff were great, and I was very pleased with the results. However, I hope they will work on improving their customer service to match their great medical care.
I will definitely be returning to this practice for any future needs, but with the hope that they will address the issue with their customer service.
