The reviewed business location has received mixed ratings from its customers. The overall score is 2.5 out of 5, indicating that the business has both positive and negative aspects. However, some essential information is missing, making it difficult to provide a comprehensive review. From the known data, it appears that the business is a hotel and rental property located in Osprey City. The phone number and co-brands with Florida Houseboat Vacations are provided. There are third-party ratings, but the number of reviews is not specified.Clients' feedbacks show a wide range of experiences. Some customers have had a great time, praising the friendly owners, beautiful views, and relaxing atmosphere. However, there are also several complaints about the business. Some customers have reported issues with communication, cleanliness, and customer service. One major issue that has been reported by multiple customers is the discrepancy between the advertised and actual boat capacities. Several customers have claimed that they were told they could have a certain number of people on the boat, only to be told upon arrival that the boat could only accommodate a smaller number. This has resulted in some customers being unable to use the boat as expected. There have also been reports of boats being dirty and not being as large as pictured. Additionally, some customers have experienced issues with late fees and refunds.Despite the positive reviews, the business has a high number of negative reviews, which suggests that there may be systemic issues with the way the business operates. To improve their overall score and quality, the business should focus on addressing these issues and providing better customer service.
