The location has excellent working hours, being available from Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 or 4:30 PM. However, the location is not available on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Dr. Helgemo and his staff are always willing to listen to the patients' concerns and provide them with the best possible care. They explain everything in detail, from the diagnosis to the treatment options, making sure the patients understand their hand problems and the procedures to fix them. The staff is very professional, courteous, and kind, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for the patients. One issue that was identified is the inconsistent availability, as the location is closed on several days of the week.
