This location has a solid overall rating, with an average score of 3.4. The quality of their work is also relatively consistent, with a score of 3.4. However, their pricing is a bit more variable, with a score of 3.8.It's worth noting that there have been some issues with professionalism and responsiveness in the past, particularly with some customers feeling ignored or lied to. Additionally, there have been some concerns about pricing and billing practices. On the other hand, some customers have had excellent experiences with this location, praising their friendly staff, great prices, and excellent work. It seems that this location has a bit of a mixed track record, but overall, they seem to be a solid choice for those in need of lawn care services. One major issue that stands out is the lack of reliability and follow-through with appointments and services. Several customers have reported being ignored, missed, or left with unfinished work. This is a major concern for anyone looking for consistent and reliable service.Overall, this location seems to have a lot of potential, but some issues with professionalism and reliability need to be addressed. With some improvement in these areas, they could potentially become a top-rated location for lawn care services.
