The Florida Garden Motel is located in a convenient spot in Winter Haven City. However, it's clear that the motel has some major issues that need to be addressed. The rooms are not well-maintained and have been described as dirty and run-down. Some guests have reported finding bed bugs, roaches, and other pests in their rooms. Additionally, the motel's management has been described as rude and unhelpful by some guests. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is a major concern. Some rooms have been described as having mold and water damage, and the motel's website promises free Wi-Fi, but some guests have reported issues with the internet. On the plus side, the motel does offer free parking, which is a convenient perk for guests. However, the parking lot is often empty, which suggests that the motel is not as busy as it could be.Overall, the Florida Garden Motel is a disappointing choice for travelers. While the price is competitive, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance makes it a hard sell. One of the biggest issues with the motel is its lack of customer service. Some guests have reported being locked out of their rooms by the management, and others have been treated poorly by the front desk staff. This is unacceptable for a business that relies on customer satisfaction.Another issue is the motel's lack of amenities. While it does offer free Wi-Fi, it does not have a pool, fitness center, or other amenities that guests might expect from a motel of this caliber. The only positive comment about the motel is that some guests have reported the owners being nice, but this is not consistent with the overall negative feedback. In summary, the Florida Garden Motel is a subpar choice for travelers. While it may be cheap, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance makes it a hard sell.
