This place is well-suited for those who need storage and warehouse services. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some noting that the security guard is particularly nice. Many reviewers have had smooth and efficient experiences, unloading quickly and easily navigating the facility. However, some issues with unprofessional behavior from certain staff members have been reported. The best time to visit is between 5:30 am and 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday, when the doors are open. Be aware that overnight parking is not available on site, but it's possible to park on surrounding streets in the industrial park. Some reviewers have noted that certain areas of the warehouse can be a bit tight, while others praise the facility's layout and ease of use. While some users have reported issues with damaged pallets and lengthy unloading times, these instances seem to be the exception rather than the rule. Overall, the facility's efficiency and helpful staff make it a good choice for those in need of storage and warehouse services.
