I visited this location to handle some official matters, and overall, I'd say it's a decent place to go to. However, the quality of service could be improved - there are a few rough edges that need to be smoothed out. I was impressed by the efficient process of getting signed in and taken to the back, and the staff seemed to be doing their job well. But there were a few instances of staff members being a bit abrupt or dismissive, which left a bit of a bad taste. The employees in the waiting area were kind and helped me navigate the process, but one of the officers seemed quite short-tempered and didn't handle a situation very well. I didn't have to deal with any issues with the fees or costs, so I'm assuming the pricing is standard and reasonable. One thing that stood out was the innovative use of a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot, which made it easy for people with mobility issues to access the building. The co-branding with the Florida Department of Corrections adds a level of professionalism and stability to the operation.
