This credit union is located in a convenient spot, with a parking lot and entrance that are easily accessible for people with disabilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making you feel valued and not just a number. The services they offer are top-notch, with a range of personal loans and other financial options available. However, the facility itself is a bit unassuming, which might not be immediately apparent when driving by. Working hours are consistent from Monday to Friday, but the branch is closed on weekends. Overall, the experience is pleasant and hassle-free, with the only drawback being a lack of weekend hours. The co-branding with Florida Customs Federal Credit Union adds to the credit union's credibility and security.
