The business location, Daniel Webster District Office, appears to have some issues with its service quality. Several clients have reported difficulties in getting help from the office, with some even stating that they don't feel heard or represented. Many have criticized Congressman Webster for being unresponsive, citing that it takes days or even weeks to receive a reply to emails or phone calls. Some have also mentioned that the office staff can be rude and unprofessional. On the other hand, one client did report a positive experience with Samantha Shylkofski, who was described as extremely professional, kind, and helpful. However, this positive experience seems to be an exception rather than the norm. The office's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, and restrooms, are available, but this does not seem to make up for the poor service quality. Some clients have also reported issues with the office's communication, citing that they have been misled or lied to about town hall schedules and other information.Overall, it seems that the Daniel Webster District Office has some significant service quality issues that need to be addressed.
