This business location has both positive and negative aspects. Overall, it seems to have an average rating. The quality of service is a major concern, as many customers have reported issues with the work done by the company. Some customers have experienced terrible service, including damaged property and broken promises. There have also been complaints about the professionalism and punctuality of the staff. On a positive note, the pricing of the services seems to be reasonable, which is a major plus. However, it's worth noting that the company's management and customer service seem to be lacking. One major issue that stands out is the lack of care and respect for customers' property and time. Several customers have reported that their property was damaged during the work, and that they were not notified in advance. This lack of care and professionalism is a major red flag. The business also seems to have a good physical location, with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. The company's working hours are also quite regular, with no weekend services. However, the fact that some customers have reported issues with equipment and management suggests that the business may not be operating at its best.Despite the positive reviews from some customers, the negative reviews seem to outweigh the positives. It's clear that the business needs to work on improving its quality of service and customer care in order to increase its overall rating and reputation.
