I have visited this swimming pool supply store and had mixed experiences. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about pool chemicals and equipment. They have a wide selection of products, including ones from their co-brand, Florida Chemical Laboratories. The store is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for people with disabilities to shop. However, the customer service was hit-or-miss. I had to wait for a while to be assisted, and one of the staff members seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. They were also unable to provide a clear answer to one of my questions. The store has a good location, and the working hours are convenient for people with regular schedules. However, it's not open on Saturdays or Sundays, which might be a problem for those who need to shop on weekends. One of the biggest concerns I have is the behavior of the company's drivers. There have been reports of them speeding and driving recklessly, which is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.Overall, I would recommend this store to people who are looking for a wide selection of pool products and good prices. However, be prepared for some inconsistent customer service and potentially unreliable behavior from the company's drivers.
