I have been to this psychiatrist multiple times and overall, I am satisfied with the care I receive. Dr. Smith is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to my concerns and address my mental health issues. He is empathetic and understanding, which is essential for someone who is struggling with their mental health.However, I have had some issues with the office staff, particularly with the front desk receptionist. They can be rude and unprofessional, and it's often difficult to get in touch with them. I have left multiple messages and sent emails, but I rarely receive a response. This can be frustrating, especially when I need to schedule an appointment or request a medication refill.Despite the issues with the office staff, I would still recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who is looking for a psychiatrist.
