The business has both strengths and weaknesses. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, making it convenient for people with disabilities. The staff is also LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space, which is a plus for the community. However, the business has a lack of follow-up and communication with clients, as seen in one of the reviews. This can be frustrating and unprofessional. On a positive note, the business has excellent prices, making it an attractive option for families seeking autism services. Despite some inconsistencies, the center has made a positive impact on some families, with one client's child showing remarkable progress in just four months. However, the business needs to work on improving its communication and follow-up with clients to maintain a high level of quality service.
