The location of this condominium complex is excellent, with great views and a beautiful pool area. The surroundings are quiet and clean, and it's close to restaurants, shops, and a good school. However, the management has shown poor communication and customer service skills, making interactions frustrating and unpleasant. There are many issues with the HOA, including poor responsiveness to maintenance requests, high application fees, and strict rules that are not clearly communicated. Some residents have also reported issues with the access system, including problems with the ID reader at the entrance. While some residents have had positive experiences with the management team, others have been negatively impacted by their lack of professionalism and poor job performance.
The complex itself is well-maintained, with ongoing renovations and maintenance efforts. However, the poor management and lack of respect for residents outweigh the benefits of the location.
