The location at Building 3030, Reynolds Rd Road, Suite 12, Lakeland City seems to be a reliable spot for heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, as well as auto repairs and maintenance. The team is friendly and knowledgeable, with many customers praising the excellent service and helpful staff, such as Don, Pedro, and Matt. Most visitors were satisfied with the wide range of parts available, including tractor trailer parts, and the convenient in-store pickup and delivery options. Some even appreciated the competitive prices compared to other stores. A few customers reported issues with finding available staff at the front desk or the store being almost empty at times. A majority of reviewers praised the staff for being respectful and going above and beyond to help them. One person, however, reported a poor customer service experience over the phone and another was left feeling upset with the way they were treated by the staff member. Despite some occasional disappointments, the majority of customers were content with their visits and frequently visit the store.
