This location has a decent overall score, considering the mixed customer feedback. On one hand, many customers have reported excellent service, with some mentioning quick and professional repair services, and friendly staff. They seem to have good knowledge of various devices, including Apple products, and offer good warranty on certain services. However, there are a few red flags. Some customers have experienced issues with the quality of repairs, with devices not being properly fixed or even made worse after being serviced. There have also been reports of poor customer service, with some customers being insulted or treated unprofessionally after leaving negative feedback. In terms of pricing, many customers have reported reasonable and affordable prices, which is a definite positive. However, this aspect may be affected by the overall quality of the services provided. One major issue stands out - the inconsistent quality of repairs and the lack of accountability for these issues. While some customers have reported excellent experiences, others have been left with faulty or damaged devices, and have had to deal with unprofessional and unhelpful staff. To improve, this location needs to work on ensuring that all repairs are done to a high standard, and that customers are treated with respect and professionalism at all times. By addressing these issues, they may be able to improve their overall score and build a more positive reputation.
