Five Guys location on Building 28894, FL-54 Street in Wesley Chapel City offers a casual dining experience with a friendly atmosphere. The staff is accommodating and welcoming, with some employees standing out for their excellent service, such as Shayne and Lex, the managers. The quality of food is generally good, with fresh and hot ingredients, but some customers have had issues with the fries, describing them as not special. The prices are somewhat high, but the food is made to order, which may justify the cost. The menu offers a variety of options, including burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches, and the restaurant has a clean and well-kept appearance. However, there have been issues with customer service, with some staff members appearing disinterested or unfriendly. Overall, this Five Guys location is a solid choice for those looking for a quick bite, but it may not exceed expectations. Some issues have been reported by customers, including rude employees and poor customer service. It's also worth noting that the prices can be quite high, which may be a deterrent for some customers.
