This storage facility has been in operation for several years and has a reputation for providing good customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access and ample parking. However, some customers have mentioned that the prices can be a bit high, especially considering the lack of discounts or promotions. Some customers have also mentioned that the facility can be a bit noisy at times, with the sound of cars driving by and people chatting. Additionally, some units have been reported to be smaller than expected, so it's a good idea to measure your belongings before renting a unit.Despite these minor issues, the facility has a overall positive reputation and is a good option for those in need of storage space. The staff is responsive to customer needs, and the facility is secure and well-lit. The prices may be a bit steep for some, but overall, this is a good choice for those looking for a reliable storage solution. It's worth noting that one of the major issues that customers have reported is the problem of U-Haul trucks and trailers being left in the way, blocking access to certain units. This can be frustrating for customers who need to access their units quickly and easily. However, the facility has stated that they are working to address this issue and prevent it from happening in the future.Overall, this storage facility is a good option for those in need of storage space. While there are some minor issues, the staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is well-maintained, and the prices are competitive. With a little patience and understanding, customers can have a positive experience at this facility.
