The business seems to be a reliable and well-established location for fishing charters in Crystal River. The overall quality of the experience is consistently high, with many reviewers praising Captain Memphis's knowledge and skills as a guide. The business has a good reputation for being LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to families with children. However, there is one negative review that mentions poor communication and a lack of response to an email inquiry about accommodations for a wheelchair user. This issue is highlighted as the main concern. The business appears to be wheelchair accessible, but the reviewer's experience suggests that more attention should be paid to communication and customer service. Overall, the business seems to be a good option for those looking for a fishing charter experience, but it would benefit from improving its communication and customer service to ensure that all clients feel welcome and supported.
