I visited the location at Building 2858, N Biscayne Dr Drive in North Port City. The building has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, which is convenient for visitors. The business is operated by First Rate Roofing LLC, which provides a sense of reliability. From what I've gathered, this business offers roofing services, including roof repair and installation. They also work with clients to resolve any issues that may arise after the installation. One of the clients had a positive experience with this business. They had a new home with a metal roof installed by First Rate Roofing and when they noticed a possible leak, the company responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. The client was satisfied with the service and appreciated the company's commitment to standing behind their work.On the other hand, another client had a negative experience. They had some minor issues with their roof and gutters that they reported to the company multiple times, but did not receive a response. Additionally, one of the vent covers was damaged and was supposed to be replaced, but it was not.Overall, this business seems to have a good overall rating, with a mix of positive and negative experiences. While they may not have been responsive to all client issues, they do seem to stand behind their work and provide good quality roofing services. One area for improvement is their responsiveness to client concerns. As a neutral review, I would suggest considering this business for your roofing needs, but also be prepared to communicate your concerns clearly and assertively to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
