I recently visited the Emergency Care service located on Commonwealth Ave N Street, Polk City City. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff up front was friendly, but the doctor I saw seemed to be unprepared and clueless. He caused unnecessary pain to my daughter, who was experiencing stomach pain, and we had to rush her to the emergency room. Another patient reported a similar experience with the doctor pushing on their chest and causing bruising. It seems that the doctors here might not be as knowledgeable as they should be.It's also worth noting that the doctor we saw made a mistake by writing a prescription with the wrong date, which meant we couldn't fill it. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.On the other hand, a single patient reported a good experience with the staff and doctors being nice. They also suggested that the facility should be open on weekends, which could be a good idea.As for the pricing, there isn't enough information to make a judgment.The only thing that stands out as a positive is that the staff seems to be friendly and welcoming. However, this is not enough to redeem the serious issues with the doctors and their care. Overall, I would not recommend this Emergency Care service to anyone.
