Overall experience at Firkins was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Chelsea who made sure that we had all the questions answered and helped us find the perfect car. The dealership had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, and the prices were very competitive. However, there were a few issues with the service department, including a problem with the ignition system and some delays in getting the car ready for pickup. Despite these issues, we would still recommend Firkins to anyone looking for a new or used car.
