This Fifth Third Bank location seems to have inconsistent service. Some customers have had positive experiences, while others have been left disappointed. The bank's customer service seems to be a major issue, with several reviewers mentioning that they were made to wait for extended periods of time or were treated poorly by staff. In one instance, a customer was told that the bank was too busy to help them, despite having an appointment.Despite its wide range of services, including mortgage loans, personal loans, and account management, the bank seems to struggle with providing efficient and effective service to its customers. Some reviewers have mentioned that they have to drive out of their way to get better service at other locations. However, there are some bright spots. One reviewer praised Ivelisse, a personal banker who was very polite and helpful. Another reviewer was impressed with the bank's ability to transfer their mortgage account quickly and efficiently. One major issue at this location seems to be the lack of staffing, which has resulted in customers being turned away or made to wait. This has led to several reviewers expressing frustration and disappointment with the bank's service. Overall, this location seems to be in need of improvement in terms of customer service and efficiency.
