The company has a good reputation in the community, with some reviewers praising the professional and helpful staff. They have been serving the community's real estate needs since 1924, which suggests a high level of experience and expertise. The company's focus on commercial real estate may be a plus for some clients. However, there is one significant issue that has been raised by a reviewer, who felt that the company was unresponsive and unhelpful in their efforts to purchase a property. This reviewer felt that their time was wasted and that the company's communication was poor. While this may not be representative of the company's usual level of service, it is a concern that should be taken seriously. Overall, the company seems to be a solid choice for commercial real estate needs, but it's essential to be aware of the potential for unresponsive communication.
