One client reported being constantly left without updates and excuses for not showing up to work. Another client had a damaged fence and sent multiple emails with pictures, but the owner never responded. They also showed up sometimes and not others, expecting full payment regardless. However, there are also positive reviews. A client praised the team for doing an amazing job and being very thorough and detailed. Another client appreciated their reliability, consistency, and reasonable prices. One issue that stands out is a lack of communication and responsiveness. Several clients reported not receiving updates or responses to their messages and emails. This lack of communication led to frustration and a sense of being unimportant. It's worth noting that this business has a co-branding partnership with FERNBROOK LANDSCAPING, which may indicate some internal issues within the company. Overall, this business needs to work on improving their communication and responsiveness to provide a better experience for their clients.
