This business location, Fence Depot Supply, has a strong presence in the construction industry, specializing in fence contractor services. With a rating of 4.0 based on third-party reviews, the business has a good reputation among customers. However, there are some issues with the business. One client reported that the company installed a fence in the wrong location, despite having a marked survey on the property. The company initially wanted to charge the client $1050 to move the fence to its original location, which would have been a significant addition to the original cost of $2280. The client was left feeling unsatisfied with the company's handling of the situation. On the other hand, many customers have praised the business for its excellent service, competitive pricing, and high-quality materials. The staff is often described as friendly, professional, and courteous, with many customers recommending the business to their friends and family. In terms of pricing, Fence Depot Supply seems to offer very competitive prices, with many customers commenting on the affordability of their services. However, some clients have reported issues with the company's pricing, such as the additional costs associated with moving a fence.Overall, Fence Depot Supply is a reliable business with a good reputation among customers. However, it may be beneficial for the company to improve its communication and customer service to avoid issues like the one reported by the dissatisfied client.
