The location appears to be well-maintained and organized, with a strong focus on community service and food assistance. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with many volunteers expressing appreciation for their experience. The organization's mission to create a hunger-free Tampa Bay by 2025 is ambitious and commendable. However, there are a few issues that need attention. Some customers have reported difficulty getting appointments or accessing food, which can be frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, there have been instances of rude or unprofessional behavior from some staff members, which is unacceptable for an organization that aims to provide a supportive and respectful environment. Despite these issues, the location has a strong reputation for providing high-quality food and services, and many customers have expressed gratitude for the help they've received. The organization's commitment to innovation and community engagement is evident in its programs and services, such as the ReGrow program and the Trinity Cafe. Overall, this location has a lot to offer, but it needs to work on addressing some of the concerns raised by customers to ensure a more positive and consistent experience for all.
