This FedEx Office, located at Building 20741 on Bruce B Downs Blvd Boulevard in Tampa City, is a convenient solution for shipping, printing, and other business needs. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, but there have been some issues with service quality.During working hours, which include a wide range of time slots on weekdays and weekends, customers can take advantage of various services such as onsite services, in-store pickup, and delivery. The location is wheelchair accessible, with parking and entrance facilities available for people with disabilities. One notable feature of this location is its partnership with FedEx OnSite, offering a range of services under the FedEx brand. However, it seems that not all services are available at this specific location, as one customer reported difficulty in getting a FedEx truck delivery. Some customers have experienced issues with the quality of service, including delays and lost packages. However, others have had positive experiences, praising the staff's professionalism and efficiency. On the other hand, the pricing is generally considered to be reasonable, making this location a convenient option for customers who need printing and shipping services.Innovativeness is also an area where this location shines, with a wide range of services and products available, from business services to marketing products and office supplies.Overall, this FedEx Office location is a good option for customers who need shipping, printing, and other business services, but it may be best to check the specific services available before visiting. The main issue that customers have reported is the quality of service, with some experiencing delays and lost packages.
