This business location is a convenient spot for people in the area to handle their shipping and mailing needs. It's open late, with extended hours on weekdays and weekends, which makes it a great option for those who have busy schedules. The location is also wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are easily accessible for people with disabilities. The staff at this location seem to be knowledgeable and helpful, with many customers praising their friendly and professional service. However, there are some concerns about the quality of service, with one customer reporting a slow experience. The issue with slow service is the main drawback of this location. One notable issue is that the staff needs more training, especially when it comes to handling packages and providing receipts. This was pointed out by a customer who experienced a problem with a package that was dropped off and had not been scanned by FedEx.Despite this issue, the location has many positive attributes. The prices are competitive, and the variety of services offered is impressive. Customers can find solutions to all their shipping needs, from drop-off and pickup to printing and packaging.Overall, this business location is a solid choice for people in the area who need to handle their mailing and shipping needs. While there are some areas for improvement, the pros outweigh the cons, making it a convenient and reliable option.
