This location offers a wide range of services for all your shipping, drop off, pickup, packaging, and printing needs. The staff is very helpful and friendly, making the experience pleasant and efficient. One client received assistance with shipping a unique item, an ear in a jar, and it arrived safely. Another client appreciated the touchless package return option, where they could leave the equipment on the porch and it was picked up without any hassle. The services are available 7 days a week, with extended hours on some days. The location is wheelchair accessible, both in terms of parking and entrance. The staff is available to assist with onsite services, in-store pickup, and delivery options. The only issue that arises is with the responsiveness of the staff, as one client experienced a delay in receiving their package due to a mistake in loading. However, it is worth noting that this was not a common experience, as most clients had a positive interaction with the staff. Despite this, the location is well-suited for those looking for a convenient and efficient shipping solution. The variety of services and extended hours make it a great option for busy individuals and businesses alike. Overall, this location is a reliable choice for all your shipping and printing needs.
