This location is perfect for those who need to ship, print, or package items quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the process even smoother. The hours of operation are quite convenient, with long hours on weekdays and weekends, making it easy to drop off or pick up packages at any time. Unfortunately, there is a notable issue with some packages being left in front of the customer's house instead of on their porch or steps, which is unacceptable. The services offered are extensive, including onsite services, in-store pickup, and delivery. The location is also wheelchair accessible, making it easy for people with disabilities to use the services. However, it's worth noting that the location does not provide mail services to P.O. boxes, which might be a limitation for some customers.Despite the issue with package delivery, the location has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from customers. Many have praised the staff for their friendly and helpful nature, and the services for being efficient and convenient. The location is also great for business services, office supplies, marketing products, and printing needs.Overall, this location is a great resource for those in the area who need shipping, printing, or packaging services. However, the issue with package delivery is a significant concern that needs to be addressed.
