This location has a strong reputation for providing efficient services to customers, with several reviewers praising the helpful staff and fast service. Many reviewers have had positive experiences with the location, including one who mentioned that the staff was "great" and another who appreciated the "very convenient" location. The location is open for extended hours on weekdays and weekends, making it a convenient option for those with busy schedules. However, there are some issues with the staff's knowledge and the availability of certain services, such as printing labels and providing FedEx envelopes. One reviewer was particularly frustrated with the location's inability to print a return label, and another mentioned that the staff seemed untrained. Despite these issues, the location's strong reputation and convenient location make it a solid choice for those in need of shipping and printing services. Overall, this location has a decent overall rating, but could benefit from some improvements to its staff training and service offerings.
