This location of Fastenal is a large supplier of various products, including fasteners, tools, and building materials. While they have a wide range of offerings, some customers have reported issues with availability and pricing. It appears that the store caters mainly to business customers with high volume purchases, and those with smaller needs may be better off visiting a competitor. The store is wheelchair accessible and offers in-store pickup and delivery options. They also provide a service guarantee. However, some customers have reported difficulties with customer service, including a lack of knowledge about products and poor communication. The working hours are limited, with the store closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. It's also worth noting that the store seems to be more focused on servicing large businesses rather than individual customers, as mentioned by one customer. There is one significant issue to be aware of - the store may not be suitable for customers with small purchase needs, as they may be directed to a competitor or experience high prices.
