The staff is incredibly professional, compassionate, and caring. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding, making the difficult process of planning a funeral or cremation much easier. The funeral home is clean, well-organized, and has a beautiful chapel. The on-site parking is convenient, and the free street parking is available nearby. The chapel is wheelchair accessible, and the restrooms and parking lot are also wheelchair accessible. The staff is very responsive and follow up with families after the service to check on their well-being. One issue that may arise is the communication between the funeral home and out-of-state family members. In one case, a family member felt that the funeral home was not very communicative and that their wishes were not respected. However, this appears to be an isolated incident. Overall, the funeral home is well-regarded for its exceptional service, compassion, and professionalism.
